Malini Yadav did her Masters in Clinical psychology from SNDT
University(1996) , Mumbai. She held Graduate Membership with the
British Psychological Society (BPS), United
kingdom & is a certified
rehabilitation Counsellor ( Rehabilitation Council of India, New Delhi).
She has
worked as consultant clinical psychologist and psychotherapist in private
clinics and Hospital with some of the renowned psychiatrists of Mumbai. Her area of expertise comprise of parenting, children & adolescent
issues, relationship management, marital issues, stress , anxiety, depression, job stress, addictions( e.g drugs/ alcohol) work life balance etc.
Malini
is presently rendering services as a private practitioner, Mental wellness counsellor, trainer and motivator. She operates from lower Parel, Mumbai. Counselling sessions are via Face-to-Face, telephonic and online. She is catering services to numerous clients from overseas and across length and breathe of India.
In her career spanning more than 20 years Malini has worked with
several NGOs in the field of education,
mental health , development etc. She specializes in children and adolescent
mental health issues i.e behavioral and emotional problems; children in
conflict with law & under care & protection, adolescents with
depression & crisis, parenting and teen problems.She has organized and
conducted numerous out reach and community based programs as part of creating
awareness about mental health issues.

She has done a course in Eye Movement
Desensitization and Reprocessing from the EMDR institute ,U.S.A.( 1999) and is a certified practitioner for this trauma therapy. EMDR is a form of Psychotherapy widely used
for trauma related Disorders e.g Post Traumatic Stress Disorder(PTSD). She has successfully used EMDR to treat PTSD
victims of the Kutch (India)
Earthquake as part of a team of psychologists. She has been effectively applying EMDR as a therapy for victims of physical &
emotional abuse , survivors of Human trafficking, personal grief, fears and Phobias etc.
